Hi gardenerjoy! I am thrilled to see this thread is still going strong, thanks to all your dedication. I am very late to the party, but would like to join in for the rest of the month. I have been in PT for iliotibial band problems, but my weekly PT sessions will end next week and I need something to help keep me moving forward! So for the rest of the month, my goals are:
1) 8 run/walk sessions (increasing run time incrementally)
2) 14 strength/stretch sessions (ITB-specific exercises)
I HAVE to be more consistent about #2 if I want this injury to heal so I can get back to real running again. Hopefully having to be accountable here will help me do that!
