To keep myself from gaining weight and keep myself accountable I came up with this challenge and I already completed day 1!
1) On Holiday Dinner days I will not log my Thanksgiving feast. Mostly because it will be impossible to figure out exactly what I have eaten and also because it's discouraging. I will still log my calories for the meals I eat at home that day and watch my portions (and avoid high calorie side dishes like casseroles, etc).
2) I will workout for 1 hour for 7 days. I did day one tonight (because I attended a family dinner today) but you can start when you would like.
3) I will log each day saying whether or not I completed the day's challenge to keep myself accountable.
I have a jar that I put a dollar in each time I workout. If I complete ALL 7 days (or should I say when) I get a holiday bonus of an additional 7 dollars. If I miss even 1 step on any of the days I will not receive the bonus.
All are welcome to join me. I just really needed something to keep me motivated.
