I'm in! Glad to be back. This will be my first challange in over 3 months. Hopefully it will get me back on track in a hurry. I need the motivation of losing at a steady pace. I hope to lose 10.1 lbs this month as I am holding in several lbs of water and I would like to reach the 180's. My hands and feet are very swollen.

I'm also in! Ill shoot for another 8, I didn't make it last month but I'm gonna go at it harder this month!! Want to be 220 by Halloween. I think I am also going to start weighing twice a week. Tuesdays and Fridays. That will maybe give me a clue as to why I lose one week but don't do anything the next week.

Yeah, Neko loves her pets, especially on the top of her head! At the moment, she's snuggled in the unfolded washing under my dressing gown. I didn't want to move her to fold them! So cute lol :D

I'm going to have to join Stay_Puft's battle against the scale! It's been going the wrong direction for a full week and I didn't change anything! I've noticed that sometimes if I complain about the scale on 3FC, that's enough to scare it into submission. Maybe it thinks you'll all gang up on it for me.

Anyway, I want in :D

Starting weight as of yesterday morning, Sept 2 is 256.4

My goal for this month is 12 lbs loss

I will weigh and post on Sundays which will be one week increments

Tuscany I'm crazy busy! I don't get as much time to be on here as I used to. Between work, school, and public transportation to both I've been pulling 14 hour days. When I come home it's time to do homework. Luckily I had a bit more time today.

9/1 - 156.5
9/2 - 157 <-- I ate a LOT today. More because I DRANK a lot today. I used to be a heavy weight. I could drink a lot before feeling drunk. Now between weight loss and dieting I am a light weight. I went to happy hour with my best friends today and I drank 2 cocktails (one being rather large!). I knew full well I was tipsy bordering on drunk and so I drew the line and drank no more. I'm not used to that!! I don't drink much as it is, it costs too much and I just don't like drinking by myself, so I only drink maybe 4 times a year. I'm gonna feel gross tomorrow!! Not even from the alcohol (I've been drink tons of water since) but from all the fried crap I ate!!! Tomorrow I will be pleased to be back eating healthier.

Today was the last meal that I am eating out for a while. Friday had breakfast with a friend had 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, hash browns and two pancakes. With syrup of course. Saturday had lunch at Chili's and got something from their lighter menu but it had my WHOLE days worth of sodium in it!!! Holy Moly!!! Then today went to lunch for my little sisters birthday and had a burger no cheese and like 10 french fries! So for me I did fairly good eating out. Have my middle of the week weigh in tomorrow. Not looking forward to it!

I'm going to try a change today -- instead of scooping up things like cereal and rice in the 1/2 cup, I'm going to use the 1/3 cup. That's worked for me in the past and I hardly notice, but the scale does.
