Thanks for the welcome! My alarm didn't go off this morning, so I'm going to have to force myself to do a workout before dinner. :P Wish me luck.

Good work, Novus! And it looks like you're pretty steady, too, gardenerjoy!

For myself, I have a more meager goal, but I'm coming along. I just finished the second of four kettlebell exercises for the week. Just two more before the end of the 13th, and I'll have a bona fide exercise habit!

Had a few days when I didn't work out. I had a paper due Sunday, but got back into it yesterday.

3/1 - 0
3/2 - 0
3/3 - 0
3/4 - 0
3/5 - 0
3/6 - 0
3/7 - 15 mins
3/8 - 0
3/9 - 15 mins
3/10 - 0
3/11 - 20 mins
3/12 - 50 mins

I just got a Wii with the Wii sports, so I figure if I do this on the days, where it looks like I may not feel like doing hip hop abs, it's something.

I agree, gardenerjoy - a Wii workout is better than no workout, at all. When I did Wii workouts before, that hula hoop thing was tiring!

In other news, I successfully got through my first week of 4x kettlebell workouts/week. Yay!

03/08 - 20m kettlebells/10m pilates
03/09 - 20m kettlebells/10m pilates
03/11 - 20m kettlebells/10m pilates
03/13 - 30m kettlebells/15m pilates

On to the next week!
