I decided if Curvy could do it, so could I. I ran in the morning again, but instead of rolling right out of bed into the street, I had my coffee and waited an hour before I ran. Much better for the stomach! I was still struggling toward the end, but finished in 37:30.
And you did! Yeah, Tabbycat (very deserving of a dancing carrot AND banana) Yep, sometimes a tweak in our usual plan or process can make a world of difference.

Great job meeting your goal, too, Tabbycat!
I agree with immaculate; all that kettlebell swinging/lifting combined with cardio must have you feeling very confident and fit. Please don't let that natural "but just a little bit more" impulse put a damper on ALL your hard work and current results. You're going look beautiful! And you're so right about the 3FC forums. I really like the accountability aspect of the challenges, too.

I re-adjusted my goal around the fifteenth because I realized that 200 miles was way to much. hahaha. Anyway, my goal was 100+ miles and no Sundays or Tuesdays....

So, I exercised most Sundays and Tuesdays anyway....and I walked/rode/or ran 136 miles.

I would say Goal! but if you're going by my initial 200, then nope. :-)
