It's a good thing there are 31 days this month. I'm a little late hitting the half-way point of my exercise, but there's time to make that up.

Maybe I don't need to know, but I was wondering what your numbers next to the length of your run indicate? Just curious, curvynotlumpy!

Hey RVAscreenwriter thanks for asking, but no big secret. It's my own little system to keep track of miles run. This month my goal is 35 running miles. The first number is where I'm at currently, the second is distance ran on specific day, and the third number is the remainder after subtracting the two. I have 8.14 miles to go before reaching my goal for March.

Only two weeks of serious exercising, and I already feel the difference! It feels good. Best wishes with your challenges!
