  • I'm back from Vegas and in! So far so good walked lots in Vegas and today volunteered so got my exercise in.

    Goal: Exercise at least 6 days per week.

    My goal is to do pool exercise 3 times per week and to work up to 200 water crunchies each time.

  • I'm committed to exercising as much as I can the next few days. It helps me sleep and sleep helps me cope better with the "Spring Forward" time change.
