We got our new treadmill last night, I was a little worried that it wasn't going to be put together in time.. but my boyfriend did an amazing job, and got it together, he even ran on it last night (great job for him!!) But it was amazing when I worked out this morning and I could actually push myself without struggling as much because this belt actually MOVES, yay for new treadmills.

03/18/13 - Morning off (Did go to the gym after work)
03/19/13 - Walk on my treadmill (it's snowing!!) 30 minutes, 1.5miles
03/20/13 - Walk on my treadmill 20 minutes, 1mile
03/21/13 - Walk on my treadmill, 30 minutes, 1.85miles (That's more like it!)
03/22/13 -

Way to go, Savemykissesx!

Hang in there, stilletolife! I love that you had a 5 minute day. It helps me to do something on a day that would otherwise be a 0. I seem more ready to get going the next day because I'm still thinking of myself as a person who exercises.

Tabbycat here.

I banged my toe into the foot of the bed earlier this week and it swelled up like a big purple plum. It's the toe next to the little toe. It felt so much better this morning that I did a two mile jog, so if it was broken it's not a bad break. I should be able to meet my goal after all.

Mar 23: 2 mile jog

21 out of 30 miles

Saturday, March 23: 3.5 miles 8.14/3.5/4.64 (out of 35 miles remaining)

Glad to hear you're recovering well, Tabbycat. And if you're running on a broken toe, or even partially broken one...wow, just WOW! Take care of yourself-you've got this!

SO glad that your toe wasn't seriously injured, Tabbycat - I must say, you are fierce to go running on it without knowing, before! Great job savemykissesx and gardenerjoy!

I had a slightly tougher time keeping up with my goal of 4 kettlebell sessions per week, this week. I got a session in on the 21st (start of the week) and the 24th. As long as I do kettlebells tonight and tomorrow, I'll be good.

Darn the distractions!
