I'm in. Goal is to workout at least 15 mins a day. Im out of shape and need to get back in it. Definitely will increase month by month.

For myself, I have a more meager goal, but I'm coming along. I just finished the second of four kettlebell exercises for the week. Just two more before the end of the 13th, and I'll have a bona fide exercise habit! |

Had a few days when I didn't work out. I had a paper due Sunday, but got back into it yesterday.

stilettolife: The Wii sometimes works for me when nothing else does -- much better than a 0 for exercise!
