Thanks for the welcome! My alarm didn't go off this morning, so I'm going to have to force myself to do a workout before dinner. :P Wish me luck.

Good work, Novus! And it looks like you're pretty steady, too, gardenerjoy!

For myself, I have a more meager goal, but I'm coming along. I just finished the second of four kettlebell exercises for the week. Just two more before the end of the 13th, and I'll have a bona fide exercise habit!

Tabbycat 03-09-2013 02:34 PM

Tabbycat here.

5K fun run
plus warmup and cooldown = 4 miles

13 out of 30 miles

gardenerjoy 03-10-2013 09:20 AM

Tabbycat: cool that you got out for a 5K!

I just got a Wii with the Wii sports, so I figure if I do this on the days, where it looks like I may not feel like doing hip hop abs, it's something.

I agree, gardenerjoy - a Wii workout is better than no workout, at all. When I did Wii workouts before, that hula hoop thing was tiring!

In other news, I successfully got through my first week of 4x kettlebell workouts/week. Yay!:carrot:
