A new post daily helps you stay in the flow of the conversation, but we're not all that chatty (we're too busy working out!). I keep my log in a file on my computer and cut and paste from that to make it easier.

Editing the original post can be more straightforward especially if you aren't keeping the log on your computer. If you edit your original post, be sure to tell us at the end of the month that you met your goal because I don't always remember to go check the posts at the beginning of the thread.

I'm back from Vegas and in! So far so good walked lots in Vegas and today volunteered so got my exercise in.

Goal: Exercise at least 6 days per week.

My goal is to do pool exercise 3 times per week and to work up to 200 water crunchies each time.

3/4: pool exercise-5 mins stretching/warm-up, 30 mins walking/jogging, 140 water crunchies, 5 mins arm exercises
