As of this morning, I met my kettlebell workouts goal. Woo-hoo! I had such an OFF day, yesterday, so I'm glad that I made up for it.

I re-adjusted my goal around the fifteenth because I realized that 200 miles was way to much. hahaha. Anyway, my goal was 100+ miles and no Sundays or Tuesdays....
So, I exercised most Sundays and Tuesdays anyway....and I walked/rode/or ran 136 miles. I would say Goal! but if you're going by my initial 200, then nope. :-) |
