Hey everyone! So I am going to Jim in here as well! My goal weight for Halloween is 130 lbs so far I am at 144! So that's 14 lbs which isn't so bad!Good luck to all.
08/12: 333 -- TOM has not been friendly to me all week. It had me in the upper 30s all week. So I'm glad to see ANYTHING lower than what I was. And this means 60 lb loss all together!!! I just got off today, so hopefully some more water weight will melt off.
08/19: 331.2
08/26: 328.6 --So glad to see this number. Was trying to be in the 20s by end of August. It was tough considering I had a couple (maybe several) bites of this dirt cake I made, plus pizza last night. But I didn't go overboard so maybe that's what counts.

had a stressful day yesterday and couldn't eat all evening so this may be "artificially" lower than it should be. Hoping next week's number is this good or better
Had a rough weekend. I went on a trip for a wedding, and ended up in ER with a severe kidney infection. Because of the fact that I wasn't eating, felt like crap, and my kidneys couldn't filter, I ended up gaining.
My stats so far. It looks like last week's weight may have been artifically low. I kind of thought that might be the case, but I was hoping not since I had 3 days in a row of WI's below 172. Ah well, I will just keep plugging away. It's taken me 9 months to get this far, & I'm not giving up. It will come. Eventually. I hope.
I'm almost embarrassed to post about my loss, as it was a LOT. ^^; It was, like, 6.3 in total for the past week (I know, WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT), putting me at a total loss of 95.3. I think I'm going to have to adjust my Halloween goal...

Thanks girls! I'm feeling a TON better now, and am getting things going. I still have a long way to go in the next 6 weeks, but with diligence, I can still hit my Halloween goal.
Coolacrity that's an AWESOME loss! IMO, I wouldn't adjust your Halloween goal - use it as a inspiration that you can kick your goals' butts!
*Really disappointed with the lack of progress this week. Exercise and food have both been on track, so no explanation.
I've worked my way up to 15 minutes on level 6 on the stairmill. That thing is a beast! Working to reach my goal of 30 minutes by the end of the month.
My weight might not want to change, but the stairmill has to have some effect on my lower body!
Hey Guys Im a newbie in this forum and Im definitely In ! I wanna lose 20 pounds by the end of October. I started eating in a healthy way and working out almost every day like 2 weeks ago. I was so excited to weigh myself in today but almost broke down in tears when I noticed that I havent lost a single pound .It s very frustrating. My TOM just ended yesterday so idk if it has something to do with my weight. Anyways I could easily give up Like I always do but Im going to push myself harder and give myself a chance . I ll keep on dieting and working out and Hopefully I ll be seeing some results by the end of October to keep me going. Hopefully I ll find the support I need here . We can do it guys
