I'm joining in, since my first mini-goal is on Halloween. I'm nursing my 2-month-old, so I'm looking to lose slowly (don't want to compromise my milk supply). My goal is to lose 8 lbs by Halloween, just under 4 lbs/mo - if I lose more, well, that'll just be a bonus.

GW: 220
So far: -4

9/5 - 230 (don't know what this is about - it was 225 a few days ago)

2sw33t: I know what it's like to try and lose weight while breast feeding. I had a lot of trouble with my milk supply to begin and it seemed that any change in my diet... and amount of food messed with it even more! I admire you back on the wagon so soon after giving birth! yay you!

08/12: 333 -- TOM has not been friendly to me all week. It had me in the upper 30s all week. So I'm glad to see ANYTHING lower than what I was. And this means 60 lb loss all together!!! I just got off today, so hopefully some more water weight will melt off.
08/19: 331.2
08/26: 328.6 --So glad to see this number. Was trying to be in the 20s by end of August. It was tough considering I had a couple (maybe several) bites of this dirt cake I made, plus pizza last night. But I didn't go overboard so maybe that's what counts.

Ladies, ladies, ladies congratulations on all you hard work. We approximately at the half way point and everyone is doing great. If you have lost a little or a lot or maybe somewhere in between as long as you don't give up your efforts will pay off. It may not be on the scale every week but in inches or endurance instead.

For me personally, I know the scale doesn't always do what I want it to do but... I know that I'm so much healthier than I was on March 20th when I decided enough was enough. I can do way more things without getting tired. So progress is definitely being made.

And as a side note I've decided to add a new mini because I don't know the last time this occurred. So my mini goal addition is: to be able to wear a size that doesn't with a 2. I am so looking forward to being in a size 18 (I don't know why, but I am.)

Meka I'm going to join in your mini goal addition! I can't wait to get rid of ANYTHING with a 2 as the starting number! When I did 3FC the last time I went from an 18 to a 14... and here I am now worse than before. It's OUR time for a Lifetime!

Onanother note - TOM FINALLY decided to show up today. I'm ALWAYS about about #1-#2 heavier the first few days no matter how on-plan I am... so I'm not looking for a good number on the scale tomorrow. Oh well - noot going to deter me from the plan!

Hey ladies. I hope everyone is doing well! I have really been busting my butt, trying to either walk a few miles with the baby in the evenings or hit the gym.. and then the dreaded TOM arrives yesterday so I have a feeling my weigh in on Thursday is not going to be the results I was hoping..

Thanks, mountain mama! Right now, my supply is a bit more than baby eats (what I pump at work is more than what he eats during that time), but he's still not very fond of taking a bottle. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up once he gets the hang of it!

And WTG on the weight loss!

Well I weighed in, but I'm not counting it. TOM brought it's #2 of water weight with it. I figure, this is my journey and as long as I know I'm on plan, I'm recording everything, and doing what's right, then 1 week a month I don't have to count it.

Was supposed to weigh in today but was so busy this morning that I forgot! Have to make sure to do it tomorrow...have to go back to work tomorrow after a very relaxing summer! Then Friday I take me eldest to college. And it's not close (at least for me) being almost 4 hours away. I am going to miss him so much! But at least he's coming home the first weekend for his girlfriend's birthday.

I made through the weekend without too much damage and back on track this week. My biggest problem is evening eating, especially since my DF has various evening snacks! NOT FAIR! hehe I have been literally guzzling water all evening to deter me from eating.. and besides getting up to pee a million times a night.. it' kind of doing the trick! I just CANT keep my mind off of wheat thins! (Of all things!) hehe I mean.. have you guys tried the zesty salsa ones? i can't control myself! hehehe

bellas mom way to go on keeping up with the exercise! i find it hard to get it done working full time and with a 18mth old as well! I hope once it get's a little cooler going for walks won't be so horrific! hehe

eny I know what you mean about losing all the weight and starting over worse than before! we will make it, i'm sure! I went from 24 to 14 and now am snuggly into 24 again! NOT NICE! ANYWAY! As long as i type on here all night and get away from the kitchen i'm surviving! Really need to get some working out in though!!!

May I join this challenge? Because I have a specific goal in mind: by Halloween (Oct. 31), I want to lose 15.5lbs. That would put me right smack dab on 100lbs. I think I can make it.

Sure you can coolacrity, Welcome!!! And Congrats on your weight lose thus far. I'm sure you can loose 15.5lbs and let's hope I can lose 20.4 because that is what I have left to lose to make my goal.
