coolacrity Thanks Aye, they are. I think I need to drink more water and fix my eating patterns a bit. Also, since I have been extra stressed this month due to work and a series of bad family problems, I have been about to have IBS attacks a couple times, so I needed to eat rice and potatoes out of my usual time, which is not that good. I hope this month is better for me, since August stinked
Sorry peeps .. been awol for the last couple of weeks ... travel and events have played havoc with my eating and couldnt get to the gym .. then I had a small collapse on Saturday - my hunny says its because Im not eating enough calories for my size .. but its a lot of food for me .. just not the calorie filled ones I suppose and not much meat so my body decided it had enough .. feeling better today though so getting back on track and onto a regular work week this week (hopefully!)

Just checking in I'm down 2.4lbs for the week especially considering what I ate on Saturday. With those pounds gone I am able to add another woo hoo!!!
Okay, weighed in on the new scale this morning. It wasn't horrible, but still not sad that it weighs heavier than the old one before it broke. Oh well... still moving forward, and sticking to the goal.
Weight in day for me today.. i was hoping to hit 169 this week.. but I am stuck at 171.. i hit 170 earlier in the week and I have been working my butt off, so im a little disappointed but not to much.. i feel good and actually fit in a Charlotte Russe size 12 dress pants.. which is awesome feeling.. in January I was squeezed into a size 20! I'v been going to the gym and doing major cardio.. this morning may have been water.. idk.. everyone keep up the good work, and thanks for being such great motivators!
Still hoovering around my start weight but I believe that this month will make all the difference. I have been staying on plan being busy has aided with this. I am determined to make the two teens this month and I would love to get to my low of 217. Hang in there everyone
Alright, friends. This week was kinda crap, due to the heat wave in my house (broken A/C), but I got it back together Yesterday. I hope that I will FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY hit my 90lb goal tomorrow!
I still went down a little this week. Almost a pound! That's good, right?
Wow, I haven't posted her in a while, but thought I would check in. After four months in the 170's I decided to take a break from the daily weighing in & logging my calories for a while, so I took about 7-10 days off. At the end of August & just got back on plan this week.
To my great surprise, I started back up right where I left off. Even though I felt like I was eating way more food & I was sure that I would gain back everything. So this week, I'm feeling way more motivated & have been 100% on plan & so far have lost 3 pounds! Wow! I don't know if that time off was needed to reset my metabolism or what, but I don't think I've ever lost that much in a week before.
As of this morning I was at 170.4 & I'm hoping I can finally get out of the 170s next week.
