08/12: 333 -- TOM has not been friendly to me all week. It had me in the upper 30s all week. So I'm glad to see ANYTHING lower than what I was. And this means 60 lb loss all together!!! I just got off today, so hopefully some more water weight will melt off.

I didn't weigh in last week because I didn't want to get discouraged. TOM had started and I had a pretty bad asthma attack the day before. I still ran more this week than the last though, inhaler and all. I ended the week with not even having to use my inhaler yesterday.
Going pretty steady.

Good Morning girls! I had a rough week. A lot of eating out, hard time not being able to be with a friend who's going through a lot of crap, etc. However, i was still able to get down #.5. Not what I wanted or was aiming for, but it's in the right direction.
Ok, I managed to squeeze out a 2.2 pound loss up from my 1 pound last week. I knew there was a reason I had a plan and being on plan works for me. Here's to a great on plan week.
I had family visiting and was able to watch calories, but not exercise. Getting back to that today. I was going to let my hubby take my son to football but decided to go so I can walk the track. I may walk some extra laps since my first challenge weigh in is on Wednesday. I feel very committed this time, and when I come here and read about so many of you doing so well it is extra motivation...so glad i found 3FC!
Nice steady loss this week .. dont know how good Im going to do next week .. but will behave as much as I can ... have to fly up to Auckland tomorrow for a Pandora event for work, and there is apparently a cocktail evening included, but not going to drink .. apparently the hotel has a gym so going to go there instead if I can ... otherwise Im only going to get to the gym once this week on Friday .. but going to be careful anyway

Well, boo boo. Up one kilo this week. I blame the wedding party (for the most part, as I ate weirdly a couple extra days, too). Not too much hope of losing it back this week, as TOM is almost here (though I am down a bit more than half a pound today, which gives me some hope).
First off, all the newbies! It's great to start at ANYTIME! There's no such thing as starting too late unless you're in the grave!
Secondly, there are so many inspiring stories on here! Just look at all that we've accomplished this past week! Yes, there's TOM, issues, bad choices, etc., but we ALL got on here, and ALL are still moving forward!!!
Now to call someone out....

It's so nice to get some of us from the past back together... we really were a strong force, and I know that for me, Mel, and Mountain, it made a HUGE difference! I think I'm going to get a hold of Shari and tell her to get her butt back too! I seriously loved the connection, focus, and support we had, and are building now!

Well.. im on the lookout for an elliptical or treadmill for the basement. the reality of me making it out at 4am or after 9 ( only free time with a 1 year old!) is not gonna happen! i need the simplicity of stepping downstairs watching the history channel with hubby... but ON the workout machinery.. NOT laying on the couch gorging on zesty salsa wheat thins all night! hehe
I have decided to have a yardsale and the money goes to workout equipment. AND I WONT let it become a clothing rack! hehe
Well, my birthday is past thankfully. Too many good foods, drinks & fun times with friends & family. Is that even possible? LOL. Well at least the foods & drinks part. I swear one mixed cocktail & I'm up at least a pound & then it takes three days to lose it. And I had quite a few more than one this weekend. But heck my birthday comes only once a year so a week (or two) off plan isn't going to kill me. But WI was yesterday & I'm going back on plan today.
I've been right around 174 for almost a month now. Going back & forth into 173's to 174's. I am a very slow loser, but this is ridiculous! Enough! I'm working towards 172 now.
