Also, I forgot to mention that I weigh daily because I think it's where I lost myself in dieting before and it helps my accountability. Not that I'd post here everyday. Saturdays are cool with me.

Thanks MOUNTAIN MAMA! I do feel like i'm always on the run.. but my little one seems to like playing and being out and about.. my nighttime snacking is hard to deter also.. but I bought one of those huge water cooler looking jugs that is supposed to have 8glasses of water in it and I have been trying to drink as much of that as possible..I did find that Panera Bread has turned much friendly to the folks trying to lose weight.. they have calories listed directly on the menu.. so I have been having small sized salads at lunch time and it seems to be quite filling.. i'm down 2.2 lbs this week... makes me smile! Keep up the good work ladies!

Think I'm gonna make it. Weighed in this morning (after being horrid yesterday, I didn't feel well) and I have some hope.

@Teacher2B Plateaus are horrible, I hope you can get off yours soon. Maybe you need to jiggle your calories a bit? Or up your water intake? Play around with something.

Not doing well at all...regained 4 lbs over the past week! I've been stressed out with going back to work, grad school, and taking my son off to college that I haven't worked out in 6 days (already did this morning, though!) and did not watch what I ate. Especially last night when I got back from dropping him at college....ate 1/3 of an apple pie! Back on track now. Going to Florida in 3 weeks and would like to drop the 4 I regained, plus 8 more. Gotta get movin'!

Okay ladies. The good news is, I've been staying OP eating wise. The bad news is, my scale broke. The boyfriend stepped on it weir, and we heard a crack. Then when I stepped on it, I weighed #279.5; got off and stepped back on and weighed #43.5... so I had to buy a new one.

Worst news is, the new scale weighs heavier than the old one so I'm not sure if I've lost at all. I know that I've been stuck between #228 -#230 the last 2 weeks. It's really depressing for me because I'm SO CLOSE to the first #20.

Also, I went to a Brewers game with the family yesterday, and the boyfriend was snapping pictures of the kids and I... well I saw them, how big my stomach (which has never been a problem area for me) is, and it just plain depressed me. So I'm going to add in an exercise routine. I HAVE to do this!

Lots of stuff going on... *sigh* I need to keep making the right decisions and be more strict with myself. I have to do this!
Official weigh in tomorrow... I'm assuming that it's going to be high because of the new scale. I guess I'm just in a frump.

08/12: 333 -- TOM has not been friendly to me all week. It had me in the upper 30s all week. So I'm glad to see ANYTHING lower than what I was. And this means 60 lb loss all together!!! I just got off today, so hopefully some more water weight will melt off.

08/26: 328.6 --So glad to see this number. Was trying to be in the 20s by end of August. It was tough considering I had a couple (maybe several) bites of this dirt cake I made, plus pizza last night. But I didn't go overboard so maybe that's what counts.
