I'm excited! Just starting to eat better/count calories, and go for more walks and being more conscious has helped so much just in my first week! Let's get down to the 160's!!! Bring it week 2!

Well at least it's a lost. Today I'm starting Atkins. My friend started it a little over a month ago and she is doing great and feeling so much better. I figured I'd give it a try since carbs are definitely my problem area.
I'm a little late in posting this.. and I look at my weight now.. I'm back up (as of right now 6/5). Hopefully when I post next week I'll be down more.
