That's great to hear!! So far so good for me as well. Luckily DH doesn't want to go out for Father's Day, so I don't have to worry about a meal out. LOL
Plan to get in a couple workouts today.

A real loss? Well, maybe. My TOM just concluded a couple of days ago so that might have helped a bit in regards to the water retention. Admittedly, my eating could be better and one of my new goals for this challenge is to buy a food scale and weigh and measure food--something I've never done before. I think my eyes are going to be opened. I do think I underestimate portion size (not always, just enough I think to interfere and frustrate the scale and ME!)
However, despite little scale movement, I have been much more cognizant of making good food choices, and with the addition of nearly every day exercise, my clothes are fitting better. More importantly I feel better.

DaugT - I am not going out, but my husband has requested that we make him a blueberry pie. Luckily I am not a huge fan of pies.
curvynotlumpy - Clothes fitting better is definitely something worth celebrating.

I've been hovering around 162 for the last 2 weeks...ugh! Can't wait to be out of the 160's already. My eating is good but little one is done with preschool and no time for the gym which definitely helps with my loss. One week from tomorrow and kids start camp so much more "me" time to hit the gym and get this weight loss movin' again!!! Keep up the good work everyone!

Great job staying OP AFM, Not so good. I've been sick on and off all week, so I only lifted 2x with one day of cardio. I did take the kids to an amusement park yesterday and walked around for 9 hrs. However, I also ate junk. Today was a little better, but not great. At least I got my lifting in--sick or not. I'm a bit nervous for Mon's weigh in so we will see.
I hope everyone has a good day tomorrow to end the week

I've had a rough month but at least the scale is going back down again. I am ready to get back out of the 240s though. That's my goal for the next week.

Tabbycat here.
June 18: scale gave me both 136 and 137 today, so I will be conservative and go with the 137

I am really proud of myself for making good food choices. Today my dad visited and brought a big box of donuts. Donuts are my weakness, like I can eat a whole box, I LOVE donuts. However, he showed up about 10 minutes after I had already ate breakfast so I was too full. I saved 1 donut for myself for later and told DH to take the rest to work to give to his coworkers. I fit the donut into my calorie count for the day and moved on.... If this was a couple months ago, I would've ate probably 5 or 6 donuts and then would've said, oh well I ate all this crap I might as well order pizza for dinner or something other bad choice. Now that I can see sticking to my calorie goal really does give results, it makes me not even want the junk food. I'm perfectly happy getting a serving of cheese & grapes to snack on.

I've been lurking on this challenge and participating on my own but just felt brave enough to join 3FC today. I hope I'm not too late to jump in! I could really use the accountability and compassion of people who understand what I'm going through.
I am shooting for onederland
