5-28- I weighed myself yesterday but had a busy busy day relaxing in the ocean -.-

can't wait to lose some weight!
6-4 - I've had an insanely busy week my fiancι who is stationed 5 hours away had acl surgery and I drove there and back got him everything he needed made sure he got help with a bath and got him groceries in less than 30 hours so I only worked out twice this past week but I stuck to my eating habits atleast which helped
6-11 drove 40 hours this weekend ( 5hours to panama city, then to Ohio, then back to Pc... Then back to my abode) it was very very hard to eat healthy I did my best also I had my mirena removed and my paragard put in so I know I had some swellon from that procedure, hopefully I start to break thru this..
6-18 Finally broke thru the damn plateau! This week was good to me for the scale but I really stuck to it, and tried to make things happen. If this can continue on I'd be a really really happy girl!
6-25 I stayed on plan ate well drank lots of water, good to see a loss again, let's keep this up!
7-2 I went thru some mega fluctuating this week idk if I ate too much salt and suffered for it all week cause I spiked up high for a few days and finally made it back down
7-9 I just came back from camping with a loose diet so I'm happy this number isn't higher
7-16 weight coming off seems to be my friend. Been having luck with the scale but my body normally picks the week before my period to lose weight.
7-23 I'm actually surprised by this number, Its TOM and I'm just surprised water retention isn't as bad for now I guess I should say lol
7/30 This number is no surprised I'm just getting off Tom and my exercise and water intake sucked last week
8/6 I'm using my last weigh in from Saturday I'm on vacation and I dont have a scale near so it's probably more or less im not sure
8/13 so after my vacation seems I maintained cause .2 isn't that bad of a gain and I'm still bloated from being off from traveling satisfied and happy I don't have to fight to lose several lbs
8/20 I am happy happy with this number it took me all of last week up until yesterday to get going with exercise again but it felt good to move around again I don't think I'll make my goal but I hope to be under 200 by then atleast
8/27 up but I just got off tom and I have some mega bloat hanging around so yeah definitely not making goal, I was slightly crazy with my number atleast I know what my body can do as far as weight loss
9/3 ugh well what a time to start a plateu I'm stuck at 205 it sucks ah well just keep trudging forward to the next loss I hope it's soon
