June 18 – 167.00 (-1.8)
June 25 – 170.2 (+3.2) UGH!! Seriously chalking this up to hormone water fluctuations because my period will be starting this week. I ate out at a restaurant 1 time this week and ate only half my dish. That was the only time this week that I didn't count calories because it wasn't a restaurant I could look up the nutrition info so I still could've been under my calories for the day but I'm not sure. Every other day I was under my calorie goal, I drank more water this week than ever before and I completed 5 workouts. So yeah... I'm not getting derailed, I will stick the course and hopefully next week will see a big whoosh. I know weight loss does not go in a straight line, it's up, down & all around and moves gradually in a downward motion. : )

So true, hope you get that great big woosh this week!!! Definitely would blame the period bloat. I am feeling it right now myself!!

I have to share my NSV. I have a pair of ultra low rider khakis that I bought 5 yrs ago in a 16 that I never wore. I put them on and zipped them without sucking it in. U can't wear them yet due to muffin top, but still! I got them on!

Thanks is awesome!! Great feeling!! Hate the dreaded muffin top, it's keeping me out of a lot of clothes right now... but we'll conquer it in the end. :_

Ya' know, it's not a lot of weight, but I'm happy with it. I've lost weight fast before through a variety of unwise and unhealthy ways. I know that slow loss is typically lasting loss. Being involved in this challenge and the June exercise challenge has really focused me. Admittedly, I haven't been perfect (far from it), but I feel like I've rediscovered my commitment to healthy eating and exercise. This is a life long journey and I need to remember that. Prior to being officially part of 3fc and doing the challenges my weight loss had flat out stalled. Accountability and having daily goals has pushed and helped me tremendously. Thank you all for your support and kindness. Here's to a fantastic July!

dcapulet - way to go!!! The feeling of breaking through a number set like that has such a motivational impact!

dare 2 dream - I love mountain vacations! Lots of activity helps offset the food & drink that vacationing brings. Have fun!

curvynotlumpy - Slow & steady wins the race!! How many of us have tried some crash diet to lose 10-15lbs and then a year later we weigh more than before that crash diet???
