I alternated knitting with cleaning the house today.

I haven't always liked knitting hats but I found some patterns made with two strands of worsted yarn held together on big needles {13}. They go fast, are super snuggly, and the two tones are really pretty. http://ravel.me/patchworkpenguin/meb4t This is a purple solid and a purple/blue multi.

I decided to change my weigh in day to Saturday. I always love the first weigh in after getting back on track, that water weight loss is always so motivating. This morning I was down 7.6lbs. Obviously super happy, especially since I'm back under 200 again. Hopefully never to see that number again! =)

It was a good first week back on track and I'm looking forward to getting the rest of the regained weight off and than seeing some new lows.

I hope you all enjoy the holiday weekend!

I did an episode of Classical Stretch 610. Cardio for tomorrow. We didn't do anything special today just the usual running around. I'm still tweaking my weekly to do schedule. I've changed it so much in the past few weeks I don't know what I'm supposed to do on what day anymore.

Good morning ladies,

WOW I've not posted since Thursday I had such a crazy busy weekend that I never had a chance to get on the computer. I took Friday off and at the last minute I decided that I was going to have a party at my house on Sunday evening. I barely ate anything on Fri & Sat and on Sunday I did pretty good. My weight was 213 on Sunday morning but yesterday was a different story. I over ate yesterday because I didn't feel good. I caught a cold and all I wanted to do yesterday was eat! Today I am right back on track so that I can end May strong. I may not make my 8 pound goal for the month but I will have a loss.

Kim - Congrats to you for getting back on track and taking off the extra weight you gained. I hope you end May strong too.

damiilya, penguin & Tavvy, I hope you ladies had a great weekend are having an OP day today.

Mandy - I hope you're okay.

Today's journal

B: watermelon, coffee
L: Healthy Choice, WW snack bar
S: yogurt
D: Turkey sandwich, 1 sl cheese, cuccumber

Hi ladies. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was good.

I'm not feeling too hot today. It started yesterday actually, I went to do my cardio and about halfway through my workout my energy just seemed to drain away. I felt exhausted last night and I'm feeling pretty lethargic today as well. I'm not too sure what the deal is. My husband has been feeling a bit under the weather so maybe I'm feeling what he's been feeling. I haven't worked out yet today and I'm not sure if I will. If I do I'll probably just try to get my strength circuit in.

GettinFit~ I hope you are able to finish out your day, and the month strong. It sounds like you had a nice weekend even if it was busy.

Hope everyone else is having a nice day.

I did the Red and Green miles from Leslie's 5DWP. = 40? min cardio

Funny story. I HATE making the bed, its boring and it makes my back hurt {more in the winter with a king sized down comforter!}. But I washed the sheets so I have to now, LOL, so I turned on the radio in my alarm clock to keep me entertained. The song they played was 5min long. So it took me less than 5 min to make the bed! If I just do it and get it over with I can relax already! Except that the dryer buzzed again. Sigh!

Gettin, my parents are in Atlanta for the night on their way back from FL to visit my sis and her family. They had to pass through a tropical storm on the drive today.

Good morning ladies,

Kim - I hope you're feeling better today. Hopefully what you had was just a 24 hour bug.

Penguin - I wish I'd read your post earlier so I could have told your parents to visit Stone Mountain Park while in ATL. That place is absolutely gorgeous and I love hanging out there.

I did good yesterday except I had a cup of ice cream last night. There was only a little bit left so I got rid of it. Today we're having a farewell party for a co worker and I plan on having a small piece of cake. I will eat very light for the rest of the day and I'm planning to walk after work.

My Journal

B: coffee, banana
L: Healthy Choice Honey Mustard Chicken Dinner
S: small pc cake, 1 serv Ritz Toasted Chips
D: Turkey sandwich w/lettuce & tomato, mango
Exercise: walk & yard work.

Hi ladies!
Sorry for no posts, my holiday weekend was awesome and BUSY!
Car broke on Friday night, had a rental Saturday and Sunday while we were at Carowinds. Bought a new car for me on Sunday (2011 Prius!) and ordered the parts to fix the Saturn (so hard to find since they don't make Saturns anymore). Monday we visited family, yesterday we caught up on household chores.

I tracked today and yesterday.

Yesterday:
Calories: 1770
Fat: 59%
Carb: 18%
Protein: 23%
Exercise: JM Body Revolution

Today:
Calories: 1647
Fat: 49%
Carb: 25%
Protein: 26%
Exercise: JM Body Revolution

Overall I'm pretty happy with it. Looking forward to the new month

Good morning ladies,

Penguin - Great job on your workouts!

Tavvy - Sorry about the car issues but it's nice to have a new car You are doing an awesome job with your eating.

Yesterday was okay for me. I ate my planned snacks at the party. At dinner I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat anything last night. I ended up doing yard work instead of walking. I planted flowers to attract butterflies & humming birds and I've already been seeing them fluttering around. It's so exciting

Today's journal

B: watermelon, coffee
L: Healthy Choice dinner, 1 cookie
S: popcorn, mango
D: turkey sandwich,
