Hup, Hup, Hup. It's time to get up, up, up.

Reso-Great job making yourself get out there!

I jogged with my co-worker yesterday.
I'm not sure what I will do after work today, but something. Yes, something must be done.

New fitness goal - do one unassisted pull up by the end of 2012. I did 3x10 jumping pull ups with the red assistance band tonight. Turns out my yoga workout last night did more to my shoulders than I thought.

Just watched the BL episode from last night. Did NOT enjoy the drama and the fighting and the diva behavior from Bob.

Oh how i understand what you say, it's so hard to get into the groove again, once you are there it is almost effortless, it's just finally hitting the stride that is the real challenge.

Days almost finished up, was a lot colder for my walk but i still enjoyed it, just had to dress warmer. Need to make it through a couple of days to get on a roll... Thinking positive thoughts.

Jeanettey Challenge complete!

Is it only Wednesday? All day today I've been thinking it's Thursday. Haven't been on here much lately but it is for a very good reason. Just like Sarg said!

I think my butt-ers on fire.

Me too Peanutt! Assisted pull-ups looked like my only lift that didn't suffer over the holidays and the viscious cold that followed, but actually, I lost weight and still use the same assist.

On the bright side, I lost weight! I am now at a healthy-weight BMI

Jeanettey challenge complete! I added squats and rows plus a short walk, and made it my exercise for the day. I haven't been around much because this week has been very busy, but I've done well at getting my exercise in and eating healthfully. My average daily calorie deficit so far this week has been 1190, or 300 cals per day more than my target deficit, which is good because I'll need the buffer for when I'm away visiting family this weekend and eating meals out. I'll weigh in for the weekend tomorrow before I leave, but I don't expect a good number; the scale has been up all week, and there's nothing I can do about it that I'm not already doing. I have my 4-day break from the meds starting Sunday though, so I had better see a drop early next week!

Sindaena, congratulations on the healthy BMI!!!!

Glad to see everyone sticking to it this week. Keep it up!

OK. decent workout this morning. Not great but better than this week has been. My mojo definitely went out the door for awhile. GRRRRR though, I was having a good run and had to cut it short because dh had to leave early for work and got home and he was still sleeping, he forgot to set his alarm.

Grrrr! Stupid forum lost my post. I had troubles loading 3FC all morning.

Anyways, I wanted to say sorry for being so quiet lately. I have been busy cleaning up my eating and increasing my workouts again. It is going well but my weight is all over the place. We will see Saturday. I am weigh in early because we are going out to a Brazilian (?) restaurant on Saturday night. I heard it is salad buffet and then only meat but apparently lots of it. So I figured it won't make sense to weigh in after that.

I read a great article on Nerd Fitness yesterday. A must read, I think, so here is the link: http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2012/01/11/chuck-norris/

I also set some new weight loss goals so I have something to aim for:
160 lbs by Easter (Apr 8)
150 lbs by Canada Day (July 1)
Not sure yet if I want to go all the way to 150 lbs. I guess I will see how I feel (and look) but goals are always good to have.

I am still working on workout goals. I need some sort of goals but I want to try capoeira first and see if that might be one. Running is going ok, I try to increase the speed and do intervals now but I am not a huge fan of running. It is BORING! As much as I like how I feel after, I just can't get the time to pass fast enough.
Still haven't figured out what I want to do for strength training either.

I am getting really nervous about the class on Saturday. T-2!!! UHOH!
