I've had a terrible crick in my neck the last few days. It's finally letting loose! Thank Heaven. Maybe today I can do more than walk.

Reso- great attitude. I'm going to adopt it as well.

I'll commit to the rise. But not the shine. Fortunately or unfortunately none of my gym buddies show up anymore so I dont need to be chipper.

What she said!

Rest day was yesterday (I love having rest days on Mondays) and tonight I'm going to convince DH to do some boxing training with me. Even if he won't hold the targets, I'll just punch the wall. Did I mention that my new boxing gloves are pink?? (Thanks Santa!)

Is there a Black Ops bonus for giving your training partner a black eye? 'Cuz I think I could have that one locked up!

Absolutely peanutt...I got an award this week for elbowing 3 people on the way to the finish line

I am clearly not recovered from my race. I have to remember that I RACED I didnt just run and not get frustrated this week. I have a tendency to tell myself i am just being lazy when I cant bring it to my workout.

It's funny how easily we can forget things that we "know". I stepped on the scale this morning for a mid-week peek and got all frustrated by the number I saw. Then I realized that in the past 4-5 days I've seriously upped the intensity and my strength training. Duh. Don't weigh yourself in the first few days after kicking your a$$ in your workouts.

Butter-burners shown below

Newbies - The Mid-week challenge is optional.

If you choose to do it just let me know when you accomplish it.
