Ange120, that weight is just falling off of you! Congratulations & great job!

Today was my weigh in day, but I woke up a little late, was in a rush & forgot to weigh. I may change my day to Tuesday since Monday's seem to always be rush rush after the weekend.

I think I did ok. I had a couple of days where I took in more calories than I wanted to & didn't get the calorie deficit I wanted, but I did get a deficit everyday & I guess that's what matters. I will know for sure tomorrow.

Keep plugging away girls. Slow & steady wins the race so they say!

Haven't been around in a bit but wanted the check in. Sounds like there have been ups and downs and yet everyone is moving forward! What a great bunch of people in this challenge

This week has been better for me - I continue to struggle but I am down a couple more lbs. Onward and downward!

Still OP and believe I can reach my TWD goal by 2/12/12. Cool date, huh? lol

My next (personal) challenge is to be down to 150 by March 25 . . . Mad Men returns then. If I reach my current goal (in this challenge) that will give me 6 weeks to lose 9 lbs. Hmmm, hope I'm not biting off more than I can chew. Whelp, I'll never know unless I try, eh?

Sandy my dear I have missed you! I got swamped in my new job and crud and decied to drop everything and just focus on my new job, and all the stupid bills that were coming in.
I have been in maintence land for a while.. I still work out nearly everyday and eat OP most days.
I'm ready to hop back on and get those final lbs off!

My birthday is 178 days away, I'm hoping that by then I will be at my goal weight. That would be the best birthday gift to myself, EVER.

I need to go back and read through all the posts and get up to date!

LINDSY!!! Oh my gosh...it's so good to hear from you. You've been missed as well. How is the new job going? Do you like it better than the old one? So happy to have you back.

Actually, I haven't been on here as much as I should be. Firstly, I've committed to staying off the computer until all my housework and exercise are done for the day. Sometimes I stall and either don't get on her at all or really late. Secondly, this month has not been a good month for me weight loss wise. I finally weighed in after being afraid to for so long, thinking I'm at least down to where I had started. Nope! I back up to 191.2 and very disappointed. I know it's only a gain of 1.8 pounds, but with being on track for the last week, I can't even imagine what I weighed a week ago. With only 20 days left for this challenge, I'll be lucky if I can take off 5 pounds by the end of it. But I keep plugging away.

I am happy with the fact that I stayed the same with my inch loss from where I started a month ago and actually lost a half inch on my lower abs. If anyone is interest, I posted this months' progress pictures on my blog today at: http://www.oneyeartostunning.com/ It was not easy to put up pictures for this month knowing there would not be any visible change, but I said I'd post pictures monthly no matter what, and I want to keep that promise.

I am proud of everyone here for doing so well with your losses. You all really do inspire me. I am going to do my best to push forward and see a loss by the end of this challenge.

I have been lurking on your webbie, and I am SO PROUD of you and how far you have come! You are amazing. It's so motivating looking at those pictures!
It makes me wish I would have stayed as commited as you have. Maybe if I did I would be at my goal about now! hmpf.

You are such a doll, Lindsy! And you are doing great...what are you talking about? You started a new job, and that can be stressful. To maintain during that time is a major success.

But don't pat my back too hard; I've been a bad girl more than a few times these last few weeks and the scale reflected that. But I know this next month will show a loss...for both of us.

WOW Sandy! I just looked at your blog and the pics you've posted and I TOTALLY see big changes! Definitely looking more youthful and lots of lbs/inches coming off from your start to the present. Keep up the great work, and keep on inspiring us to plow thru the rough patches & get to our goals!

The new job is great. Not an OUNCE of stress about money now. What a sweet thing that is.
I havn't been doing great this week. I binged on pizza and nachos for the past two nights.
But back on the band wagon.

Sandy you will be happy to know that I signed up to be in a 5k, on the 12th. Hopefully I can get through that with a decent time.

2 and 1/2 weeks. I sure hope I can hit 155 by then. I've been stuck in the 160's for months now. Commmmmon 150's.
