Haha see with me I fluctuate every day. One day ill be 166 the other ill be 159. So when I'm at 159 for a week.. I'll be happy.

158.8 is my 30-lb mark ... I have to hold there for two weeks before I can break out this fine piece of handbaggage:

(Rebecca Minkoff MAC -- my earrings in my avatar had to bepushed back to 40 lbs)

Seeing some beautiful numbers on the scale this week. Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in for the official results. Still uncertain I'll meet my goal for this challenge, but not letting that bother me. I'm headed to Atlanta next week for a business trip and a little nervous about how that will affect my progress. One thing at a time...

Hey, girlies! Hope everyone is having a great day. I'm doing well with my calorie counting. The exercise is another story. I can't seem to get off my lazy duff and just do it.

shanhat, I keep forgetting to tell you that every time I see your profile picture, the first thing that comes to my mind are eggs. But they really are pretty earrings. I like giving myself gifts for my weight loss, too.

40lbsPLEASE, you are so kind. Thank you very much.

Got a bit of a headache from drinking Diet Sunkist. I don't normally drink diet soda, but my daughter and I were at the checkout line today and it was there, so I thought I'd get one. Now, I KNOW these give me a headache. Am I a glutten for punishment or what? Nothing beats water...I need to drill that into my brain.

Drive by update. DH got home 1/11. I went majorly off plan for about a week. Got back on the wagon last Wednesday.

GW: 185

8 lbs to go in 2.5 weeks. Probably won't make it but same as every other challenge determined to come close.

I almost forgot what day it was... I feel like I have been away from this thread for years lol... I have been so hectic crazy with school, studying, and personal stuff this week. Anyways I didn't weigh in this morning... Will weigh in here in a few...

Hi All! So I have definitely struggled since Christmas but this past week I seem to have picked up and seem to have a rhythm going again . I have 5 lbs to go to meet my Valentine's Day Challenge - if I keep on track I should make it!!!!

I haven't had a chance to catch up on everyone's post but by scanning them it looks like people are doing great and still very motivated. I love these challenges and this is a great group!

Do you ever feel like sometimes this is all one big mind game? This morning, my official weigh in was 206.2, giving me a 3.8 loss this week. BUT....gotta love a but...but, I ate very low the last two days without really meaning to and had a sudden 2 lb drop. I don't even want to count this week's weight because I don't think it's a fair number. I am .2 lbs away from one of my mini goals and I don't even want to celebrate that.

I'm traveling next week to a conference. My water intake is going to be off, as well as my sleeping and eating patterns. In a normal setting, it's a high likelihood of gaining, but after having an unrealistic loss this week, I'm for sure going to gain next week!

Exhale....I'm done now. Thanks for letting me get that out. These are the types of things my husband would never understand. I will at least own that I did lose weight this week, I will probably gain a little next week, but will work hard to stay on track and drop it right back off.

Good morning ladies!!!

Sandy: Water is my best friend! I always set a water goal. Maybe you should try that. And every time that I drink anything caffinated, I have to drink another 8oz of water. That keeps me from straying away from HO2.

I'm having the opposite problem. I can get off my booty and workout, but I'v been having trouble with the calories

Lambie! How have you been? I hope you and your DH have had fun being back together! You can do 8lbs! I have faith in you!

CountryBarbie: Doesn't it suck when days just seem to mesh and run toghether. I feel like I never get a break. I recomomend you take 5 minutes everyday to unwind, Just sit and breath. Do some light meditation. That should relax you a little more through those crazy days!

Vicki: You can do 5lbs in 2 more weeks! Just keep that momentum up and keep going! I'm cheering for you!

As for me.. I'v been having problems. I will count all my calories, and plan everything, workout and when I get home, I binge. Its bad. Like, 3 cups of cereal, nachos, cheese crips. Mmmm. It's like I'm an endless pit. This needs to stop. Pronto. Up to 166. I hope its just water weight. Hmpf.

Almost there! Not a huge loss this week (was 177.4 last wk), but with TOM and barely any exercise, I can't expect much more than that I've GOT to get off my rump and start burning some calories!

Sandy, just finished reading your blog. You are looking so good. You look much younger & thinner. Keep up the awesome work. I loved reading about your struggles & all the ups & downs, but still you keep up this great attitude.

LisaLou and everyone else that's had a loss congratulations.

To those of you that haven't seen a loss, take a minute to think of what you've done right, pat yourself on the back & hunker down to do a little better next week. You can do this!

The 14th is coming up quick, but I think I can do this!

Lindsy- it's been nice having him home. Definitely takes some readjusting and I forgot how much he eats! It's unreal. It's been a bit easier to stay on track the past few days since he went back to work.

That's great about your new job. I'm glad it makes money trouble virtually non existent for you. I've been a stay at home mom the past seven years and I'm trying to decide what to do with myself when my youngest starts school this fall.

Everyone else, keep pushing!!
