Sandy: Water is my best friend! I always set a water goal. Maybe you should try that. And every time that I drink anything caffinated, I have to drink another 8oz of water. That keeps me from straying away from HO2.
I'm having the opposite problem. I can get off my booty and workout, but I'v been having trouble with the calories

CountryBarbie: Doesn't it suck when days just seem to mesh and run toghether. I feel like I never get a break. I recomomend you take 5 minutes everyday to unwind, Just sit and breath. Do some light meditation. That should relax you a little more through those crazy days!

As for me.. I'v been having problems. I will count all my calories, and plan everything, workout and when I get home, I binge. Its bad. Like, 3 cups of cereal, nachos, cheese crips. Mmmm. It's like I'm an endless pit. This needs to stop. Pronto. Up to 166. I hope its just water weight. Hmpf.
