It's day 82! Can you believe it! I'm soooo proud of us! :dancer:

I am so proud, really I am. So glad I started this challenge to hold me accountable. I might not be 100% but I'm happy with 80% :) Back down to 183.6 this morning, can't wait to move my ticker to 180!!

Weighed in this morning to see if my new habits have started to pay off. (its only been a few days, but I'm impatient) The scale was down 2 more pounds. That is 3 pounds for the month, and a total of 30 since we started this 100 day challenge and a total of 35 overall. I have been limiting my carbs a bit more, but I think if I can keep this up for the whole month, there will be no gain over the holidays.
My knee is feeling better too, so I am back on my walking journey. Nomoreknit way to go on the loss. We have all done very well this challenge. Hopefully we can start a new one when this one is over. I so need this to stay on track. We have a great group of gals here. |

Dec. 26 (the day after Christmas) to April 8, 2012 will be 105 days to Easter. Another date is Dec. 9 to Mar. 17 (St. Paddy's Day) = 100 days. Do you like either of these dates?

Wow, 200 days?! Ack!! Crazy Talk! I'm in this until Sep, that's my year, I said try for one year. So I would love to continue this challenge with you wonderful ladies!

This is day 83!
I opt for Dec.26-April 8 (105 days). I'm wondering if most people want to wait till after the New Year to join us. We could go Jan. 3-April 8. (87 days) What do you guys think? Any suggestions? I don't want us to lose momentum, either. |

Saw a new low of 182.8 this morning, Hooray! Only worked out once in the past two weeks, it is SOO COLD outside, I'm going to have to find an alternate place to exercise rather than outdoors. Maybe i'll buy myself a workout dvd for my stocking :present: Why don't we break from the 26th to the 1st. Maybe 1 Jan - 9 April for our 100 days? I hope we have more people join for their new year resolutions! Whatever we choose, i'll be here posting :) |

I also think that we will have more participants in a new challenge if we wait for the new year. Either way, I'll be here with everyone too. Did pretty well yesterday, but didnt exercise. Finished up some last minute shopping and went and chopped down our tree and decorated it. Eating masn't the best foods, but was still under my calories for the day. Having friends over for board games tonight. Having pizza, buffalo chix dip, chips and munchies. I bought hummus and carrots for myself, so hopefully one slice of pizza and carrots will be all I eat. Plus I already exercised because I will be running around again all morning and afternoon and didn't want to give myself an excuse not to do it later. Everyone enjoy your weekend. |
