Still here. Just haven't posted. Did good over the holiday. Did terrible on Sunday. I ate everything in sight. Back on track with eating yesterday and today. Changing up my workout a bit too. Only 26 days left.

Had a good day yesterday, drank my water, didn't overeat. Didn't make it to the gym but had 7K steps on the pedometer from work and cleaning at home. Glad to be back on track for the next few weeks through Christmas! |
Day 75! We're almost there! Plus I've lost another 1/2 lb. :woohoo:

Day 76! :) Plus I've lost 1.1 lbs. overnite. Wow, that's a miracle! Last month I only lost 1/2 lb. for the entire month. But in the last coulple of days I've lost 1.6! Good thing I didn't give up! Time to celebrate!! :yay:

Thank you so much, NoMore, for your encouragement and support. It's funny, but I am afraid to hop on the scale again for fear it has changed its mind. Checking in for day 80!! Have a great OP day everyone. Scale saw 183 but quickly jumped back up to 185, maybe it will stick by the end of the week.

Everyone is doing so well. Congrats and hugs to everyone.
Weighed in yesterday and was happy to see the scale down one pound. It hasn't been moving as much lately. So I will take that one pound very happily. We r almost to the end. I have really been slacking on my eating and I didn't exercise yesterday. My knee is killing me. It hurts to even walk, so I don't know if I am going to workout today either. :( Heres hoping this doesn't last very long. Everyone have a great day. |
Checking in! I had a cooorraazy sleep schedule over the weekend, and since my body LOVES to hold on to water weight I was up .5 on Monday, but I'm down .4 today, so I only have .1 to get back to my 208! :lol:
If I don't drink enough and if I go to bed too late, my body reacts... It's so weird. If I stay up with my water and go to bed by 11 and sleep till at least 5:30, I'm good... Anything diff than that (like Sat I went to bed at 3am and was up at 6 - not okay, apparently!) and my body says NO! Oh well. Gotta keep going forward, because I sure as heck am not going back!! :D And thanks NMK and JO!! It's been a battle, but its been WORTH IT! :) |
Day 81! We're doing soooo great. Kudos to all of us! While others are pigging out on Christmas goodies and GAINING WEIGHT, we're being diligent. That's a big deal! :D Last year I was one of those sad people. Thank God for this challenge! I hope we will continue to do this type of challenge again. I don't want to go back.
