I'm late, I'm late! Also, just resurfaced from a tornado of work. Rar.
Down 1 pound. Not the 2 pledged.
Pledge for the new week: 2 pounds. It will be 2 pounds. I will loose them.

I've missed you all so much! I just got slammed with extra work and it literally has consumed my week (still managed to swim, take that!). However! Waded through it, came out the other side, and now I can resume checking in with this wonderful platoon every day. Muahahah.

Resolute, I hope you have a very speedy recovery. Hernias are absolutely horrible.

Woohoo, another step in the right direction, hey a loss is a loss and something that can be built upon both in terms of mental and physical progress. Beats my week.

Thanks, i hope for a smooth recovery myself, have you had a hernia also ?

________________________________

Congrats to all our losers so far this week!!!!

MichelleD-- No worries on "late, late, for a ..." We're around whenever you need us or get to us.

ASF -- Congrats on the big loss and awesome pledge! Keep rocking the loss no matter how you measure it.

Reso-- I'm gonna call you out soon on blatant flirting! lol.... you better be careful. Big, ranching husbands might see your name on that wristband and start looking for you!

Sizzling -- Don't let your hubby control what you want to do for yourself. Read up on it (internet it)... a lot of time significant others mock their partner and/or sabotage their efforts because they feel left out themselves and don't want to put the effort into getting themselves healthy.

Cheshire & MadameB -- Sarge grounded his apache helicopter (with his extra weight from Spring Break)...so he has no grounds for chasing you!
Congrats on the losses for you both!

Tubak -- Hang in there and make it happen this week!

Peanutt -- Missing your chit chat but hope the new week brings lots of success to you!

ANY NEW RECRUITS OUT THERE?!?!?! MAKE A PLEDGE! YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO!!!!

Sorry Sarge, , must be the druggie cocktail they gave me, chemical imbalance upstairs. Seriously i don't know how to flirt.

Someone at work on friday asked me why i always beat myself up and it really made me cognizant to the fact, especially when they reminded me several times throughout the day as i was doing so. Something else i need to work on.

Sorry i'm just babbling more than usual today, all i can do is lie on the couch and watch movies with the laptop out, beats sitting in the hospital bed staring at the roof like a zombie though.

Big epic fail for me. Scale said lost nothing as of this am, but all week was saying down 1...so who knows. I'm renaming this week kick my own a** week. Pledging 2, and am beyond determined to lose it. I'll be more diligent with my recording of what I eat as well as pushing myself even further at the gym and with home workouts. Same goals as before. Vitamins daily, taken this am, 2L of water at the minimum, 1 down, 1 to go, recording eating on the daily. I will bring myself to the table this week!

Don't be so hard on yourself girl, i think i own the epic fail this week. You on the other hand have probably dropped some fat, just are retaining a little more water, your body is adjusting is all, tweak your regimen a tiny bit and make sure you stay active and within your caloric budget whilst eating a variety moderately, i'm sure you will see further headway.
