Its been a rough 24hrs for me. 100% sticking to my diet, so that's one positive. I got extremely sick to my stomach around 300 hours. It was BAD. Haven't been able to do any walking today out of fear and absolute sleep deprivation. I laid down with my little boys around 1100 hours and my fiance came poking me at 1600 hours thinking I was dead. Luckily, I wasn't. ;-)
So, I've only got 40ish ounces of water in me all day (working on more now)
I stepped on the scale a few minutes ago and weighed 231 exactly! Soooo, I met my 5pound pledge! But I can't take much credit (like I said, very sick stomach!) My wish is to be completely out of 230's this week by Sunday, but we weill just have to see if I start feeling better.
Off to work on some water!

Did my ab DVD, arm DVD and then 30 minutes Just Dancing on my Wii.
Plus a round of stretching for my legs.
