Just checking in! Had a boxing workout this morning with my trainer. I dont think there's a better way to start a morning! Never thought I'd enjoy boxing as much as I do! This afternoon, I played tennis for 45mins but had to stop when I got a shooting pain in my knee.
Private Loco checking in! I just got back from my workout, and wanted to thank everyone that participates in this thread! I didn't feel like going to the gym, and was just going to go to bed... but thought of Sarge, and Rainbow, and everyone working so hard here.. and put my gym clothes on and went and did 30 minutes cardio + 40 minutes strength machines. Now I am really going to bed lol But thanks everyone for motivating me to just do it!

Step 1 -- Write down your pledge on a small piece of paper. This "performance tracker" will be carried on your person at all times. When you feel that whiny, excuse making flaring up or the smell of that of off-plan food wafting up your nostrils you'll pat that piece of paper on your being and do the RIGHT THING!!!!!

I bring shame upon myself this week, i have stayed on plan and walked every evening and yet my body refuses to nudge, in fact i am sitting at 240 right now, i guess i am paying for that freakish 7 pound week now .
This will in no way deter me... in fact i will struggle even more ferociously moving forward, if this fat wants a fight i will bring it hard, i am determined to post a loss of any sort this week even if only a pound .
just here to report i got 60 mins of intense cardio in today. it was great, and i feel amazing. i have really been pushing myself running wise and i'm loving that i can see progress in my cardiovascular endurance.
Exercised every day this week but today, just not as much as pledged. Have been getting 45 - 60 minutes of hard cardio. Whipping my butt! Strength exercises, not so much.
Pledge at least 60 minutes of cardio Friday and Saturday.
New Day! Well, took my vitamins, 1L down, and 8 hours to drink the other 1L. Did a turbojam video today. Ate well, and feel awesome. Plan for tomorrow is another video, and some training at the gym and possibly outside (I'm gonna do the ING rock n roll 1/2 marathon in Philly in September so better get my butt-er in gear as I don't really run yet hahahaha). Those are my goals for tomorrow. Of course with my vitamins, and water as well! The encouragement here rocks BTW! I love coming on here and reading about everyone's accomplishments and how everyone pushes you to be a better person. On that note, MurpleHaze over and out!! Oh and welcome back Sarge!
