Bummer I only exercised 60 minutes this past week. But at least that is 60 minutes more than I did the week before. Ok, no more excuses, time to get going!

Better late than blowing it off for another month! I track my exercise in my online calorie counter, and sometimes this just gets repetitive when I'm really busy. But I do miss checking in with you all. My goal this month is to take no more than one day off per week, and include circuit training at least 3 times per week.

11.1: Circuit Training 40 min.
11.2: Zumba 60 min.
11.3: Zumba 60 min.
11.4: Circuit Training 25 min.
11.5: dance for hours, possibly 4 or five?
11.6: Zumba 60 min.
11.7: Circuit Training 40 min. dance 60 min.
11.8: Zumba: 120 min.

I'm not gonna let ANYTHING slow my progress, so I made an appt right away.

Y'all have a GREAT DAY and keep on movin!

Default Bad news :(

The doc gave me a cortisone shot into my heel & I'm out of commission for a week. He said "no activity except what you have to do at work".

Boo hiss.... well, don't count me out yet, maybe I'll be super fantastic after this week and I'll just step it up. We shall see.

Hello Everyone...thought I'd join in on Nov's Exercise Challenge!

My exercise goals for this month are:

Gym 2x per day, at least 3 days per week; 1x per day, 3 days per week
Walk to/from work as much as possible (just over 2 miles)
Don't forget to stretch
Max out leg press machine (at 320lbs now, I think it maxes out around 400)
Keep up with food/exercise log
