11/8 - 1.5 miles of walking
11/9 - 1.5 miles of walking
11/10 - 2 miles of walking, 90 minutes of iyengar yoga (3 of 6)
11/11 - 90 minutes of Bikram yoga (1 class of 4)
11/12 - 90 minutes of bikram yoga (2 classes of 4)
11/13 - 90 minutes of iyengar yoga (class 4 of 6)
11/14 - nothing (does the mall count? lol)
11/15 - walking - 1.2 miles
11/16 - walking - 1.5 miles
11/17 - walked 2 miles, 90 minutes of iyengar yoga (class 5 of 6)
11/18 - 2 mile run (run 1 of 4)
11/19 - 2 mile run (run 2 of 4)
11/20 - 90 minutes of Bikram yoga (class 3 of 4)

1st - 28m swim, 27m and 33m cycle - tot = 89 mins
2nd - 28m swim = 28 mins
3rd - no exercise. literally NO time!! - 13hr day at work and then a drive London to Devon...
4th - 22m swim (found a pool near my Mum's!) = 22 mins
5th - 28m swim = 28 mins
6th - 30 m running, 45m swim = 75 mins
7th - no time to exercise, helping Mum with lunch party...
Week 1 of Nov: Recovery week + 10 mins of jogging
2: 40 mins insanity no jogging (sick)
3: Nothing, really sick now

I am worth it: a minimum of 4x a week and be able to run a mile nitebug: 30 minutes/day, 5 days per week, 600 minutes for the month tigga: 800 minutes and try a new class 2feelbetter: exercise 4x a week AngelicaLyna: finish the Insanity work out plan gyntofly: 1600 minutes, 780 crunches pinkflower: walk to pick up my DD from school 2-3x a week, and to do 2 workouts a week from my new program. I'll also do yoga class 1-2x a week. I may also sub swimming laps occasionally for the walking
