Total walking 905 min. I won't make goal this month, however, I feel pretty good overall about this month. Its the first time I have consistently exercised in a very long time. I will still walk this week and add to this number and try again to meet goal next month. Hopefully my health and weather will co-operate better plus I hope to organise indoor activities to make up the difference.

Well, I only worked out a minimum of 4x one week. I didn't make my mile run goal either. My calf muscle is still strained - maybe I need more calcium. But, I did exercise more this month than I have been, so I'll still consider it a step in the right direction.

so, tracking for the last two days of November and a round up:

Last week was a bit of a write off as I wasn't very well (dragged down by the flu jab) but let's get the last 2 days recorded:

29th - 35 mins swimming, 20 mins JM 30DS
30th - 35 mins swimming, 20 mins JM 30DS

So that's on track for the last 2 days - better late than never eh!?

So overall total: 1232 mins
Total ahead/behind: -368 mins

So, although week 4 was a bit of a blip, I'm generally proud of how I did in November. I think my December challenge will be by the day, rather than over all - give me more incentive to do something every day.

AngelicaLyna: finish the Insanity work out plan

pinkflower: walk to pick up my DD from school 2-3x a week, and to do 2 workouts a week from my new program. I'll also do yoga class 1-2x a week. I may also sub swimming laps occasionally for the walking

BlackRabbitofInle: Gym 2x per day, at least 3 days per week; 1x per day, 3 days per week / Walk to/from work as much as possible / Don't forget to stretch / Max out leg press machine (at 320lbs now, I think it maxes out around 400) / Keep up with food/exercise log

Sounds very interesting and I think I'm going to jump in an join. Certainly will add some spice to some of my exercise routines which recently have made me unmotivated! thanks.
