My goal is to do at least 3 and half days a week. It is so hard to get out of this rut. I really need to work out five days to reach my goal but I need to figure out a way to make myself love exercising. Or at least figure out a plan to ease back into physical activity. I lost some weight and then hit a plateau and sorta just gave up for lack of a better word. Now Im climbing out of this hole and it a little hard and I don't want ot make excuses.
