  • Hooey, I was terrible about checking in this month. Perhaps that explains my terrible success at achieving my weightloss goal this month. I would call this month's exercise a success though, especially considering all the traveling and special events I had.

    8.1: rest (more like recover from a big party weekend)
    8.2: 30 min. zumba, 40 min. circuit training
    8.3: 30 min. run/walk--c25k
    8.4: 50 min. zumba
    8.5: 15 min. circuit training, 50 min. zumba
    8.6: 100 min. zumba
    8.7: 40 min. circuit training

    8.8: see 8.1 (although, I've done something to my achille's tendon and can barely walk!
    8.9: 40 min. circuit training (I'm able to avoid the exercises that hurt and still get in a good workout).
    8.10: 15 min. circuit training (trying to take it really easy today--it's helping)
    8.11: 40 min. circuit training
    8.12: 70 min. zumba (trying to go a little easy because of my achilles tendon. It feels pretty good today, so I'm very happy).
    8.13: 60 min. zumba
    8.14: all day on my feet working a beer fest

    8.16: 40 min. circuit training, 35 min. zumba
    8.17: 60 min. zumba
    8.18: hackey sack 35 min.
    8.19: travel--lots of walking but no intentional exercise

    8.24: travel day, lots of walking, may get some exercise in yet!
