  • Only made it 9 miles on my long run day. Still having knee issues. Saw a Physical Therapist yesterday and have some exercises to try, so here's hoping and praying it makes the difference!

  • Wow great job everyone!! I haven't been as good about tracking and exercising this month I've got some life things going on and I don't see next month being much better.

    I'd like to ask if anyone would like to take over this thread? Since I haven't been a good little thread leader as of late and I doubt I'll be much better next month. So if anyone would like to take it over please do so! You guys are awesome!
