Hi everybody. Had a pretty good week despite being snowed in. (I'm updating my numbers on my initial post.) Met and beat my G2010 "Loving the skin I'm in" weight loss goal. :cp:
Having some trouble getting into the back/belly/groin exercises. Finally managed a little lower back work yesterday, and it was as tough as I thought. Imagine upside down wiggling junebug. I hate even thinking about it. This moves to the top of my "I CAN DO IT!" list for the rest of the month. 3 weeks to go. Good luck, everyone. :grouphug: |
