Alrighty Gang,

It's been forever since I posted to the Exercise thread but I need a bit of a kick in the butt here. I know my back comes first but I really have been slacking on my running. So... my goal is....

Run 30 miles by the end of Feb.
The number is lower than I'd like but with my back I can't aim high, but I do need something to hold me to actually doing it... even if I just have to get out there and run ONE mile every day. If I have a bad episode with my back, I will adjust my goal down ONE mile for every day the back is too bad to manage. Just ONE.
I'll also still be going to Curves but that's never really an issue but 3x per week, same as ever on that!

My goal is an average of 30 mins of cardio a day, so 850 minutes in February approx.

I will also do strength training at least twice a week.

I'm in, though my goals will seem extremely modest. I'm a tad overwhelmed by the move. More than I realized I would be, so for February I'm just shooting for returning to running 3-4 days/wk and doing some additional dvd or strength 2 days/wk. This will begin NEXT week for me, as I will not create stress for myself this week. My brain does not function in chaos and that's what I have here at the moment. There are wonderful moments of peace and enjoyment, but I will be much more settled once I can FIND things! :D I look forward to getting on board more fully soon! I will certainly be with you all in spirit (lurking and reading everyone's posts) until I can actually begin my new routine.
