2/2 ~ P90X Cardio X (45) 2/3 ~ P90X Shoulders & Arms (60), Ab Ripper X (17) 2/4 ~ 2/5 ~ 2/6 ~ 2/7 ~ Wow! I knew I had lost some muscle tone, but man!!! I really felt it today! I ran out of time so I had to postpone my Ab Ripper X (:eek:) but I'll get it in after breakfast settles some and update then. :) Update: I thought I was gunna die, but I did it! My abs are cursing me as I type!! :lol: |
