Meowmix - 1500 minutes
AZManatee - Workout 5 days a week; M/W/F 3miles run/walk; T/Th Stregth weights
FitGirlyGirl - Workout 6 days a week; finish 1st round and 1/2 of 2nd round of Smart Girls do Dumbbells; get yearly miles total to at least 167; get yearly crunches total to at least 1667; not give up on the 100 push up challenge
Taurie - 1500 minutes
Dangerouscurves - Workout 60 minutes, 7 days a week
Joys5 - Walk/run 15 miles a week; crunches, 20 1st week, add 5 each week; 100 push up challenge, continue on week 2

Goals
  • Maintain 8200 steps/day :running: OR salsa! :dancer: GOAL!!!! salsa's now my regular warmup routine, and I've added 20-45 minutes aerobics on days I can't take long walks
  • Simple core/back/groin strengthen and stretch 15 mins 3x/week reduce to 2x/week
  • Power through the rest of the 100 Pushups challenge (4 weeks left) GOAL!!!! 2/27 100 consecutive pushups
  • Meet 2/14 weight loss goal for G2010 challenge (207.6) GOAL!!!! 2/7 205.4

2/1: snow week - salsa inside 2/2: salsa; pushup exhaustion test 2/3: salsa; pushups 2/4: 10235 + salsa 2/5: 6491 + salsa, pushups 2/6: salsa and shoveling snow; simple stretches; low back work 2/7: 6250 + salsa, pushups

Week 2
2/8: 8314; core 2/9: 9306; stretch 2/10: 3286, core, pushups 2/11: 8466, stretch 2/12: 6869, core, pushups 2/13: 8263/stretch 2/14: 1091 - day off

Wow! I knew I had lost some muscle tone, but man!!! I really felt it today! I ran out of time so I had to postpone my Ab Ripper X (:eek:) but I'll get it in after breakfast settles some and update then. :)

Update: I thought I was gunna die, but I did it! My abs are cursing me as I type!! :lol:
