Going to a part time job interview... wish me luck! =)

___________________________

Well I won't know about the job until later this evening. Its okay.

So I have been suffering from really severe back pain and hip pain for 2 days now. SO bad I can't sit or lay down. I barely slept last night it was SOOOO bad. So I called my Dr. and they first told me to go to an ER. That would have cost me 100's so I waited... what happened... TOM CAME!! I have never suffered like this before but after some research, that is what is wrong with me. Since I can't sit and if feels better when I am standing, I can still work out and be on my feet but wow do I feel useless right now. Percocet didn't help so I am just drinking water and taking advil. OUCH. I though I was broken. lol.

Well I am low on cals today. Having a hard time eating. Maybe I need a day off.

I would be helping a Dr. go from paper files to all digital on line medical records. By helping I mean doing it. lol. He has never used anything but paper so this should be fun.

AJ: That sounds great! You'll have to let us know what you find out!
Our company (Oil & Gas) scans in most documents but of course also keeps all the paper documents... including print outs of e'mails we also have saved digitally... too much work if you ask me! I'd prefer to switch to digital as much as possible!

hi all. not gonna be long, hard to type with jammed finger. i'm very proud of myself. i started eathing better by journaling (fitday) my food and tracking my calories, fat, sodium and fiber and i've done very well. i went over my numbers a few times, especially sodiuym-ther is salt in EVERYTHING, but the when i wrote in the journal today, i also reminded myself that my numbers are self imposed and lower than recommended. not a lot lower, but i havn't done myself in.

i really have to go back and catch up on my WLB (weight loss buddies) reading-i am so far behind!

i'm reading through where i picked back up and am thouroughly confused. haha! but i'll get there. like i said before, everyone is doing so good since i last talked to you - that is freakin' awesome!

catch yas later - sorry for the misspelled workds - finger and i'm to lazy and tired to deleting and fixing after doin it all day. might take an ibuprofen, sorer than usual.

AJ-Good luck!

Take a deep breath- Welcome back! good to hear you're getting back on track. yay!

So..... the (electronic) orders say... Osan, South Korea!! It's not official until we get the paper orders in hand. However, the paperwork is already starting. I gotta get a physical from a military doc and a military passport and a few other things quickly! It's usually a one year unaccompanied tour, however he is allowed to do 2 years in order to bring me. Though it still has to get approved. Crossing my fingers!

I'm doing good diet/food wise, however haven't really exercised. .. ok.. i haven't at all. i admit it. My last day of work is saturday. I will get on the ball starting sunday! I promise! I will have nothing but time. So.. things are looking great!

talk to you all later!

Hey chickadees!

A quick check in...just got home and already heading to bed. I was up at 4AM to get some work done and go to the gym. Had a good day, very, very busy - everyone wanting a piece of me lol. I had a lot of cravings today but never gave in. I felt a ton better too, the good carbs are obviously making a difference. I hope to see some movement on that arsehole scale tomorrow!
And...I'm getting sick, I can feel it in my throat, ears and nose. F!!!! I have so much to do right now.

AJ - good luck on getting the job - fingers crossed and sorry about the pain!! That's so horrible. I get TOM superbad some months and get massive pain like that as well...it's usually months where I am under a lot of stress. Get better soon!!

Neesy - South Korea - wow!! That will be amazing for you!

Kelly - sounds like you are doing well...nice to have you back!

Ok I know I missed a few of you lovely ladies but I am falling asleep at my computer..fingers crossed that I wake up ok tomorrow!!! I'm more stressed about missing the gym!

Morning girlys!

AJ- so did you hear anything yet?

Takeadeepbreath - thanks for checking in. What happened to your finger?

Neesy - South Korea---OMG, how exciting. A little scary but exciting. Just think of some of the places you are going to see, thats great. Furthermore, the food there is completely different, so you very well meet your goal and stick with it, lol...I wouldnt want to eat some of that stuff. Haha.

Stacie- you made it to the gym again?! AWESOME!!! Too bad you dont live here, I think we would be great gym buddies. Your schedule is so hectic, yet you continue to fit in time for a gym routine, you go girl. I cant wait till weigh in this week, it looks like everyone is doing well and we are going to see some numbers.

I did well, made it to the gym again-yay me. I dont think Im going to make it tomorrow because Im staying out late tonight and wont get home till like 11:30, so that means Ill need my beauty sleep, especially because Im having a girls night out tomorrow. Food wise, Im holding up well. I REALLY want a Pepsi today and am debating if I want to factor that into my calorie range. Hmmm...think..think...think. Ill have to keep you posted on that one. Anyway, got to get to work, Ill catch ya girls later.

Good morning.

AJ - How did the interview go?

Neesy - That will be quite an adventure for you guys living in such a different culture. I must admit that I am with Lindy on the appeal of the food but as she said that could be a good thing.

Lindy - skip the Pepsi if you haven't already had it. You will be glad in the end. Good job on getting to the gym again. I wish you could motivate me to get out and exercise but we have snow here. Maybe I will take the beast to the park and let him run wild while I trudge through the snow.

Kitty - good to hear from you even though school is keeping you busy.

Staccie - sorry to hear that you are getting sick. That totally sucks. Don't let it beat you though, you have been doing soooo good.

Breath - it sounds like you have a good plan with the journaling. It always helps me. Hope your finger feels better.

MaddiesMom - How are you feeling? How has the rest of Maddie's week been at the new place?

I was a total moron last night with my eating. I think I was irritated because my husband got called into his second job for just an hour and I was looking forward to some down time together because he works tonight and he worked the night before last. We were busy at the grocery store and then making dinner so we had very little down time before he had to go in. In any case I just kept eating. How stupid is that?

I hope I can do better today but I think we are ordering lunch in because we have all this crappy snow.

Popcorn- I did decide to pass on the Pepsi, thanks! NOW---as far as you, lol...even if you order in, almost every place has healthier options (except Italian, damn their delicious carb enduced meals, lol), anyway, try to pick a healthy alternative if you do get take out. As far as last night goes, it happens, we get under stress and sabotage ourselves, the important this is to make tomorrow (today) a new day and not a pattern...bad pattern=no weight loss. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I havent had lunch yet but I brought turkey meatloaf with mushrooms on the side from home, so I have that to look foward to. I also have some snacks and my always favorite, Ezekial Bread with organic peanut butter...yummies.

Very true about the food. Though they have a lot of american restaurants on base and around town like chili's, outback, mcdonalds, burger king, etc. They have a store on base where I can buy food. so we will probably be eating at home a lot. Which is great for the diet.

Lindy- the turkey meatloaf sounds good. I never thought about doing that.

Popcorngal- thats not stupid. I've found myself doing that a lot. for some reason, everytime i go grocery shopping.. i eat out afterward because I'm so exhausted from running around.it'll be ok

Got the job. Thank GOD!! Its only part time but it is something to do a few hours a week.
My food was bad yesterday... TOM caught me off guard but went to the store and I am on track!

Howdy girls! Sorry for being MIA this week - I was in philly for work and someone picked up my laptop by mistake in the security line (long complicated story) so I was without a computer all week - craziness! I have tons to catch up on but won't be able to do so until tomorrow afternoon at the earliest as I'm so behind on work stuff, it's ridiculous! Will check in tomorrow - hugs all around!
