Hello lovely ladies...
AJ: Good luck on no starches...I don't have the willpower for that, so kudos to you!
Staccie: You are doing so wonderfully with your diet and exercise. I am so glad you are making time for yourself with your hectic schedule. With your busy life, you make me feel like a deadbeat! LOL
Kelly: To answer your question about my back: I have a herniated disc as well as degenerative disc disease in my lower back. The herniated disc is putting pressure on the nerves in my back and causing extreme pain. I can't even stand up straight most days. So, I'm having and epidural injection of anti-inflammatory medication put right into my spinal column. What sucks is that I'm getting it done Friday (my b-day).
Well, I am not sure what my weight is, forgot to do it on Sunday. I'll weigh in tomorrow I guess. I did make it to the gym and worked out with Hott trainer and then went again yesterday and worked with Hott trainer again. Tried to get a last minute personal training session before my injection. So, he's talking with his cousin who's a physical therapist to find out if there is a better workout for me after the injection. I'm telling ya...he's a great trainer.
Food hasn't been too bad. I had pizza on Friday night, but I've been so good, and we ordered a small pizza for us to share. Maddie ate a ton of mine, so I'm not feeling so guilty. I even put the hubby on a diet. He's doing great...lost 5 pounds in just the first week, and that's just with changing his eating habits.
Hope you are all doing well. Talk to you soon.
