Oo this sounds perfect!
I'm going to assess this month's goals first and estimate next month's, then reevaluate at the end for adjustments. Goal is to fit into this dress I have hanging in my closet that is a medium in juniors, last time I could fit into it, it was between 140-145.
So for the remainder of the month, my goals include:
- Fixing my horrendous sleep schedule
- Start going back to the gym, go at least 10 times.
- Do my Callanetics DVD once a week. (I did the entirety of it this weekend, yay)
- Biggest thing is.. controlling myself during Thanksgiving break. Enjoying it during thanksgiving, but not giving into binges or mindless eating the days following.
So ready for this!
