Yea!!! I lost 3 lbs this past week. I'm so tempted to celebrate with carbo-loaded food, but I'm trying to resist...I've got to be strong...I'm asking myself:
1. How bad do I want this weight off?
2. How will I explain going "off plan" to myself tomorrow?
sorry ladies I have been MIA. I just have not had teh chance to log in at all. But I have kept up my good eating habits, however I didnt go to gym much at all. But I saw weight loss and I am excited about it. Here is my update and I hope to hit teh gym now because it feels like my weight has hit a plateau.
This week was a bit hard, but I really worked hard for those 1.6 pounds so I'm happy with it. I think my body is hitting a plateau so I'm going to have to try to change things up if I want to get to 170 by Valentine's day! But thankfully I'm still on track!
I'm in. I just registered with Fat Chicks, so I don't have a plan just yet. Still, I do best with short term goals in mind and I have a celebration with Firends planned for early March, so this fits right in! I will try for 20 pounds by Feb. 14th. Please let me know if you have any plans that can help me get started!
^_^ 3.5 lb loss this week! I'm super close to the goal I started off with when I began this challenge. If I do surpass it, I will adjust and join the challenge again
EXERCISE: At least 5 sessions per week of cardio that also challenges my muscles. NUTRITION: At least 5 full days of enjoying 6 small, balanced meals throughout the day. WEIGHT: From a starting point of 160, lose an average of 1 lb per week. BMI is in parentheses.

Another week, another pound lost. I'd love to be able to post a 2lb loss next time, so I'm going to aim for at least cardio sessions and good nutrition days this week.
Hi everyone! I hope it's not too late for me to join this challenge! What a great inspiration...Valentine's Day! I hope to be in the 160's somewhere in Valentines' day, but ideally, it would be less than 165 lbs.
December 14 186 lbs.
January 14 hope to be 176 lbs.
Feb. 14 hope to be 166 lbs. (or 165, or even less).
I can't WAIT to see those numbers! It's hard to believe that it could happen in such a short amount of time. However, if it doesn't...as long as I'm moving in the right direction and I'm totally focused on my goals and activities, I'll be proud of myself. Thank you!!!
I am going to change up my dates.... I can never remember when I am supposed to weigh-in....

Today was an Off Plan day. I got a little head cold, and there wasn't much that I could eat, except chicken noodle soup and broth. I know that I'm retaining fluid....my whole body feels heavier...bummer. I'll be glad when I get better, so that I can get myself back on track!
