Oops, I forgot to update yesterday! I've decided to do HIIT on my strength training days. So I'm did Week 8 tonight--I'm going to check the website again and see what other programs they have too. I'm still doing the C25K, but I missed (OMGosh, did I just type "Missed"?!?!) the intensity of the HIIT.
