    8/4: 33 min walk/run (C25K W6 D3)
    8/5: 20 min bike (4.5 miles), 60 min walk

  • havent worked out much..but i did bike ride a few hours on sunday...now if only i would just do it everyday... i was really good on the whole exercise and eating right thing for a while but then drifted off but i'm slowly but surely coming back to it. so tomorrow i'm going to try to squeeze a workout in when i get home around 10ish at night yes i work late some days and i work 40+ hours i'm an english instructor at a college so it feels like my work is never done.. and on top of that i'm chasing an 18month old around the house all the time
  • 8/4 : Biked for 20 minutes with a few hills in there, and then did the wii fit for a total of 53 minutes.
    8/5 : Wii Fit for about 10 minutes and then walked for 2.5 hours in my sketcher shape ups.

    Soooo..

    8/4: 73 minutes
    8/5: 160 minutes
    Total : 233 minutes this month already!

    Goal 1600 minutes of exercise for the month.

  • Well, I managed to do day 2 of C25K! My next go is on Sunday and then I'll settle into my regular schedule of Tues, Thurs and Sunday for the running and Curves for the other days.

    Yay! I finally am getting into a ST routine. I'm still figuring out what weights to use on which exercises, but DOING IT regularly is my major goal. I naturally tend to be muscular (it was just well-insulated prior to this point...heehee), so I had to find something that was more toning. I think this should work.
