Just got home from out weekend away (for the football game) and wanted to catch up my minutes. I didn't do formal exercise Saturday, but let me tell ya...I got a workout alright! I was busy packing things all over the house, carrying boxes down stairs and moving furniture, to name a few things. Today I got my run in, so one more day left of C25K, and I am so thrilled with it! Today's run felt as natural as breathing...just nice, easy and awesome! I am running about a 9 minute mile which is probably the fastest I've run a mile since high school. I just realized, too, that I have not once gotten shin splints during this program which was almost always a problem whenever I've tried to run consistantly before. That, to me, is incredible. Just thought I'd share. You ladies have a great night!
