hi everyone i hope all is well.

i know i have not been around to much lately just really do not have to much to say or add hopefully once summer is over i will be around more. i am not sure how much i will be on the rest of this week my grandpa died this morning. somewhat expected somewhat not.

I've just finished day 2 of the new job and am currently loving it. I'm going to go and rest though. Hopefully by then end of the week I'll have adjusted to working again. Pep! Ladies! Pep! Keep moving in the right direction!

mrsaugie: so sorry about your loss
sprkle: great to hear you're liking the new job!

I've gotta try to get some exercise in today, I've been busy doing other stuff I just haven't got around to it. My calories are surprisingly low so far (for me), less than 1400. I'll probably have to have a small snack later so I don't feel bad in the morning.

Today was another OP day. I'm on the low end of my calories, 1600, but for some reason I feel like I've eaten a lot more. I only got a short walk in today but that's better than nothing.
I made some awesome chicken breasts stuffed with goat chees and sun dried tomatoes tonight, it was really good.

Hi Ladies,
Well the scale finally moved this morning after staying 176 for days, down a .8.

So glad today is friday. Tomorrow we are planning on going shopping out of town for a bathroom mini remodel. We already have new tile put down and tomorrow we'll get paint, accessories, decorations, etc. I'm going with an Asian theme. Hopefully I'll find one or two of those neat bamboo plants to put in there. I need to learn how to take care of them, I've never had much luck with houseplants.

Man ladies, we're dragging here. We're going to have to sign up for some sort of bootcamp or something. (myself included). My weight is doing crazy things this week, I jumped up 10 lbs after starting my job and I've come back down 5 as of now, but I'm currently hiding from the scale until my body adjusts back to working (I also spend about half my day out in the humid SC heat). So I'm skipping weigh in this week, hoping that by next weekend I'll be back on track or at least closer so I'm not manic over it anymore.

I hope everyone is hanging in there and doing well. Come on back and post some, I promise I'll be around more now that I've settled in to my new job.

i am up 3 lbs, and of course not happy about it. however, it's hopefully in the past. i plan on truly being on plan this week.

I had a loss this week of 1.4 pounds which is great for me, so I'm going to try to duplicate everything again this week.
