My weekend didn't go as well as I had hoped. Friday was great, got all my points in. Yesterday I got all my water and exercise in but my eating was not that great. We ended up eating at a chinese buffet for lunch. We were out flea marketing and when we left we were starving and everybody wanted chinese, grrrrr! So my points for Saturday were 4. Today I ate fairly decent, got my water in but didn't get any exercise, 5 points. Total is 16 points, Oh well.

TOM is here and the carb cravings have been horrible. I haven't had cravings this bad for awhile. I had bought some of those 100 cal little debbie brownies, they are tiny! I only ate one but I could've ate four.

Eny: Time is flying by! I can't believe you only have about a month left.

I made my calories and exercise goal for today. Counting calories is more work than I thought... I don't really like it, but I feel that I need it. We'll see how it goes.

I tried to catch up and read all your posts. With new jobs, moving, and baby is coming soon. What an active group. Wished I had checked in sooner, I need to be a weekend warrior.

Man ladies you've been busy this weekend. Points wise I had 6 on Friday (only a half hour of exercise), I had 4 on Saturday, and 4 on Sunday (my eating was way off). So I had 14 points... not too good.

So currently Ruth you're in the lead with 16 points We'll have to wait and see if anyone has a better record than you.

Sorry to admit I was a weakling weekend warrior! I went over on my calories all three days! It's back in the wagon for me!

Congrats Fattopia, Blue Serenity, Sparklmajic and mrsaugie. Way to Go!

I feel pretty good these days about controlling my eating. I know the weight loss is going to take some time but I am getting very close to my weight last spring before the 6 pounds I managed to gain in June.

Congratulations everyone on the losses!!

I'm hoping for a better day today than yesterday. Halfway through the day I got a splitting headache and wasn't able to exercise. I'm not sure on my calories yesterday because we went out to eat, I think I was probably over a little but it didn't affect my weight today.

I've been excited lately because we are getting a lot of things done around the house. We got our sidewalks poured and the kids bathroom tiled. Their bathroom was vinyl and the floor had some water damage by the tub and just looked bad. We are getting ready to get our front porch tiled and a portion of driveway poured. I'm getting excited about my house again, its only five years old, we built it back in 2004 but these are just some things that we've had to put off because of either time or money. The guy that did our sidewalks and is doing our front porch is working for a trade (a puppy) so its not costing us out of pocket except for the materials. Normally my husband does all the work hisself, but he said yesterday that he's enjoying hiring these jobs out so that he can work on other things.

I totally flaked out over the weekend... not just on posting, but on eating well!

Saturday I went kayaking for a few hours, which was a crazy workout. But then I ate an apple mango fritter for lunch, and boneless chicken wings and french fries for dinner. Sunday was pretty much no exercise, and more crap food (burrito for lunch, pad thai for dinner).

I'm feeling that "screw it, I messed up, who cares what I do now?" feeling, which is so common for a lot of us, but to be honest I hardly ever feel like that. I blame the anxiety since we're moving this Saturday. But I know I need to stick to my routine to keep myself sane this week! I'm up 5 pounds since Friday but hoping a lot of it is water, and that I can be back down by this weekend so I don't show a gain for this week.

A big congrats to everyone who lost this week! Keep up the good work ladies!

Sounds like a totally rockin' weekend Mayness. No need to feel like throwing in the towel. Just try to adjust eating this week to make up for some of those extra treats. It's all good!

Congrats to all for not gaining! As a non-loser this week, I'm happy to have not gained.

my motivation is flagging. i don't want to work out today. I will, but I don't want to.

Today's goal: complete 70 mins of cardio, with a smile
