I'm looking good so far for the Challenge, I've got plenty of calories left for dinner and I've got more than half of my water in. I've got some exercise scheduled for when I get home.

If you've been doing an hour and a half a day, then adding an extra 45 mins daily probably won't be that rough for a week and a half, but if you usually do an hour or less daily that extra exercise may be too much. (Also an extra 45 mins of walking would be easier to add than 45 mins of high intensity exercise). You can try it, but please listen to your body after a day or two and evaluate whether its too much.
