Tremendous job! Jaya~Good for you getting your exercise & water in yesterday. Sounds like you had an excellent OP day! Good news for me today as I am finally feeling like myself. I think that I was having some serious iron issues and was just totally lethargic. I was down 1.5 pounds this morning so that's good news and I had a NSV yesterday. I had ordered a dress from a catalog for our vacation at the end of Feb. It came and I tried it on and it was too big! :) Had to send it back and get a smaller size! Yeah! |

Weigh in day for me yesterday at my local gym for my six week challenge and I was down 7 Lbs since the first day of the contest which was Jan12th. Everyone is doing so great! It is nice to come here and see how well everyone is doing. I found a great whole wheat pizza dough recipe that contains no oil and no white flour. I everyone! Just checking in, it's been awhile, very busy these days. Nothing to report, still sitting at the same weight, but I'm ok with it, it's TOM and I'm surprised I haven't gained 5-8 LBS as usual!

back at it- I hear ya on the 5 pound gain during TOM :eek: I do the same, but her lately I am not doing that either...wonderful feeling huh??? :D

I've had a bad week weight loss wise and also TOM is about to show its ugly face. I gained 4lbs this week grrrr.

I hope everyone is doing great today.....and for those that feeling down....turn that frown upside down......I know that can be hard at times believe me. Here is something that will make you laugh. I get on the treadmill and hit program...and started to walk ....welll next thing I know the treadmill went up to like 3.8 I was like woa .....aaahhhh....and then I turned it down to where I can actually walk like a human and not look like a I was drinking or something..hahahaha...so I get to where I am satisfied and bam......it goes back up ...and I am going what is going on here...well it turns out that this is a really high setting for NON BEGINNERS.....LOL..... so I turned it off and put the right setting without hitting the program button....sheesshh....and walked for 40 minutes ...holding 3 pound weights for 20 minutes...:) I will come back ... I am going to go make a healthy lunch and drink tons of water... Talk you all later..... Cheers~ |

Really, really bad weekend plan-wise but these things happen. Not good food choices, 3 beers last night, no exercise....ugh! it goes on and on. I am going to try and get through today (have to go to a funeral) and then get right back on track tomorrow. Looks like we have 20 days to go and my V-day goal is in sight so I am going to push through!!!! Hope everyone is having a good weekend. I'll be back tomorrow. |

Happy Sunday. Yuck...work tomorrow already! I love the weekends but dread the Sunday nights. Christian..Another 3 lbs? You are rocking! urockmom: I am sorry for your loss. Tomorrow is a new day! You are going to get right back on track. keeperofthehome4: Just keep going. You will get through TOM and it will go down! Jaya: LOL about the treadmill ride you took. There have been times I was glad no one was around. My Treadmill has one of those safety clips and one day I was moving at a good speed and BAM it stops! I almost went on my butt. I am a lot more careful now. I also accidentally through my ipod across the room one day. I tried your idea of using the hand weights and boy it does jack it up. I just have to be careful because I lose balance still. It is getting better though. I am now down to 211. One more lb before I hit my fifty mark. I will be screaming it all over 3FC when I get there. 5 more for my valentine challenge goal. HMMMMMM.. Two weeks? 20 days? |
